I. For expedient/correct grading of your exam, you need the
following:
a. NAME on your scantron - print your name, underlining your
last name
b. ID# on your scantron - write and bubble in your ID#
correctly.
c. EXAM VERSION on your scantron - write exam version
next to your name
d. LECTURE TIME on your scantron - write lecture time below
your name
THERE WILL BE A TWO-POINT DEDUCTION FOR EACH ERROR ON YOUR
SCANTRON
II. CHECK TO INSURE YOU HAVE A COMPLETE SET OF EXAM QUESTIONS
III. Bubble in only one answer per question. If you change
your answer on the scantron, you must erase it completely.
IV. Have your photo ID out of its holder (wallet, book bag, etc.)
at the start of the exam. Failure to do so will result in
a two-point deduction. You will show the ID to a roving
TA during the exam.
V. No questions are allowed during the exam. Questions about
the exam should be typed and placed under my door,________ ,
within __ days after the exam. We will eliminate poor
questions and regrade the exam.
VI. CHEATING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Examples of inappropriate
test-taking behavior:
a. scantron openly displayed (turn it over or keep it
under question book when not in use).
b. answers written in large letters on your exam and/or
scantron.
c. tapping of your pencil, fingers, feet, etc.
d. wearing of baseball caps or similar head attire
e. talking to friends or neighbors during the exam
VII. NO WRITING AFTER TIME HAS BEEN CALLED. You will have a
two-point deduction for every second that you continue to
write after the "stop" signal has been given.
VIII. The answer keys will be posted _______ days after the exam
