Recently, the president and founder of Ambry Genetics, Charles “Charlie” L. Dunlop, joined the DLC in order to help build new opportunities for School of Biological Sciences students and faculty.  “We are proud to have Charlie join the DLC,” says Dean LaFerla, “He will bring a level of energy and experience to the DLC that will complement our already impressive group.” The Biological Sciences School Dean’s Leadership Council (DLC) works directly with the Dean on matters pertaining to the Biological Sciences School.  The council is comprised of alumni, industry and other community leaders whose primary responsibilities include advising on measures to enhance the overall public standing of the School.
