Join us for a talk with Dr. Tallie Z. Baram
January 27, 2026 @ 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
You are invited to the Charlie Dunlop School of Biological Sciences’ Dean’s Distinguished Lecture Series, featuring Tallie Z. Baram MD, PhD on January 27, 2026, in the Crystal Cove Auditorium at the UCI Student Center.
Although we do not remember events that happen to us during our first months and years, these experiences shape our emotions and actions. Dr. Tallie Z. Baram will focus on how early-life experiences, including stress, are perceived by our brains, and how these transient events can have enduring influence on our mental health.
Event Details:
Talk and Q&A: 4 to 5 p.m.
Reception: 5 to 6 p.m.
