What makes the UCI BioSci community unique?

I was first enrolled in the Paul Merage School of Business but then decided to observe a few science courses during my sophomore year. I was so intrigued by the complexity and challenging nature of these courses that my love for science resurfaced and I decided to add a double major with UCI BioSci. One of my favorite things about UCI BioSci is the fact that there are a wide variety of selective specializations that allow for students to dive deeper into a specific field of interest. The fact that there are so many different options and pathways to choose from is what makes UCI BioSci unique. One can go down the MD/DO route or apply for grad school and get a PhD. I am super excited to be a part of the UCI BioSci community 🙂
